Returns, Terms & Conditions, and Warranty Policy
Sales Policy
All sales are final. We are committed to customer satisfaction, but due to the sensitive nature of horticultural environments, we cannot accept returns due to mold, pests, or similar issues. Exceptions may be made for items damaged in transit or with confirmed manufacturing defects. Please contact us for case-by-case review.
Authorized Returns
If a return is authorized within 30 days of delivery, a restocking fee of 20% or more may apply, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. All return approvals and terms are at the sole discretion of Mammoth Lighting LLC and may be updated at any time.
Shipping & Customs
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance. Mammoth Lighting LLC provides documentation to assist with customs processes but is not responsible for delays, costs, or returns due to customs issues. Insurance is highly recommended and available upon request. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments once they leave our facility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shipping Liability
All shipments are sent with limited carrier insurance (typically $100) and no signature required unless arranged in advance. Mammoth Lighting is not liable for loss, theft, or damage once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
